Vincent R. Scott joined Local Government Risk Management Services as a Risk Control Consultant in April of 2018. Vincent attended Savannah State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science. He also graduated from Columbia Southern University where he received a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Safety and Health with a concentration in Environmental Management. Vincent has worked for local and state governments for many years starting with the City of Savannah Water Supply and Treatment Operation, Georgia Department of Natural Resources Environmental Protection Division, the University System of Georgia at Augusta State University, Risk Management Safety Officer for Augusta-Richmond County Government and most recently as the Risk Manager for Henry County Government.
