LGRMS Risk Control Consultants visit onsite to consult with members on existing loss issues, evaluating existing loss prevention and control efforts, and submitting recommendations for suggested improvement.

Analysis

Individual member losses are reviewed to help determine possible loss trends and help serve as a guide to focus member loss prevention and control activities.

Communications

A variety of publications are published digitally throughout the year that cover employee safety, liability, and risk management topics that can be used by members in developing successful efforts to prevent losses. Previously, LGRMS published three Risk and Safety Bulletins; The monthly Safety Theme, geared toward our Workers' Compensation (WC) members, the monthly Liability Beat, geared toward our GIRMA and IRMA Liability members, and Risk Connection, geared toward all pool members. Starting in January 2021, all three of these publications, along with the Health Promotion Services newletter, "Living Well Georgia", were adapted into a new publication called Safety Health and Risk E-connect (SHARE).

SHARE is sent to all GIRMA/IRMA, WC, and L&H members 10 times per year. It covers many topics that can be used to train employees, or as a source of useful information for all departments. Click this link to see previous issues of our new publication, or to download this month's issue of the SHARE

Training
