Christopher B. Ryan joined Local Government Risk Management Services in November 2007 and serves as the Western Georgia Risk Control Consultant. Prior to joining Local Government Risk Management Services, Chris worked in a central Georgia County as the Human Resources Director for five years where he also had Risk Management Safety and County Clerk responsibilities. Chris has a BBA Degree in Human Resources Management and a Masters Degree in Management from Georgia Southwestern State University. Chris has completed the Certified County Clerk and Advanced Certification in Human Resource Management programs through the Carl Vinson Institute of the University of Georgia.
