Steve joined Local Government Risk Management Services in January 1993 and serves as the Risk Control Manager and Northern Georgia Field Representative working out of Acworth. Prior to joining Local Government Risk Management Services, Steve was a senior loss control consultant for six years for a major insurance carrier. During this time, he worked with local governments and all sizes and complexities of risk. Steve has a BS Degree in Civil Engineering technology from Nicholls State University and was originally employed as a construction engineer. Steve is a Certified Utility Safety Administrator (CUSA) and a Certified Instructor for the National Safety Council's Defensive Driving Course.
