Steve joined Local Government Risk in January 1993 and serves as the Northern Georgia Field Representative working out of Acworth. Prior to joining Local Government Risk Management Services, Steve was a senior loss control consultant for six years for a major insurance carrier. During this time, he worked with local governments and all sizes and complexities of risk. Steve has a BS Degree in Civil Engineering technology from Nicholls State University and was originally employed as a construction engineer. Steve is a Certified Utility Safety Administrator (CUSA) and a Certified Instructor for the National Safety Council's Defensive Driving Course.
