Dave joined Local Government Risk in September of 1998. He has a BS Degree from Illinois State University where he majored in Business Administration and Industrial Technology (with an emphasis in Occupational Safety). Dave worked with a major property and liability insurance carrier for 24 years including the last 13 years as a regional loss control manager. Dave's background includes working with a variety of manufacturing, health care, public entity, rural electric cooperatives, and retail accounts. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and an ARM (Associate of Risk Management).
